Our Network

The Kazehana Network

We operate our own Autonomous System (AS30690) with our own IPv6 resources. IPv4 is planned for the future.

We currently maintain two PoPs in Chicago and Kansas City, with more planned.

Partner Networks

For services not running on our own network, we utilize multiple partner networks. We currently have 3 partner networks.

Peering Policy

We maintain an open peering policy. We'll peer with any network where we share a common fabric.

We peer with all available route servers on Internet Exchanges, however we are happy to establish direct peering where it may be beneficial.

Peers must adhere to the following:
  • Peers must maintain an up to date NOC address.
  • Peers must not advertise a default route in our direction.
  • We validate IRR & RPKI entries. While you are free to announce invalids in our direction, they will not be accepted.
  • We generally do not peer over tunnels or any other remote method for performance reasons.
