Network Operations

If you have an inquiry regarding our network, including but not limited to:

• Server/Networking Misconfiguration
• Server/Network Outage
• BGP Misconfiguration

Please contact our Network Operations team at noc@kazehana.windflower.io. We will try to respond within 24 hours.

Peering

If you are interested in peering with Kazehana Networks and meet our requirements, please email peering@kazehana.windflower.io. Include the following:

• Your ASN
• Common Location(s) you want to setup peering

Report Abuse

If you have a report regarding content hosted on Kazehana Networks infrastructure or abusive activity from our network, please contact abuse@kazehana.windflower.io. Include the following in your report:

• IP address(es), if applicable
• URL(s) of offending content, if applicable
• Date/time of activity, if applicable

We will try to have an initial response within 24 hours. Depending on the type of activity, it may take some time for us to contact the customer.

Please note that for privacy reasons, information provided in response to reports may be limited.
